BACKGROUND
Patrick and Partners, LLC (“P&P”) is a Service- disabled, Veteran-owned Small Business (SDVOSB) founded in 2008 by Aaron S. Patrick, a retired U.S. Army Engineer Officer. P&P is a multi- disciplined Program and Project Management firm offering a cumulative of over fifty (50) years’ international experience in program and project management, contract management/administration, financial management/administration, strategic planning, and quality assurance.
With a specific expertise in a multitude of construction verticals, primary performance supports the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (“USACE”) in various districts. Headquartered in Warner Robins, Georgia, P&P has a footprint in Mobile, Alabama and Bowie, Maryland.
